How to reach the editorial desk for corrections, source questions, company profile updates, and press or research enquiries.
All enquiries go to the editorial address listed in the site footer. There is one address, monitored by the editorial team, and no separate sales channel — this site sells nothing.
What to include
Corrections. The page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and a source that supports the correction. A narrow, specific report gets fixed faster than a general objection.
Company profile updates. If you work for a company we profile and a field is out of date, send the URL, the field, and a public source we can cite. We do not publish figures on a company’s word alone; if a minimum or a requirement is not public, the profile records it as not publicly disclosed.
Source questions. If a source we cite does not support the claim we attached to it, tell us. That is a correction, and it is treated as one.
What we cannot help with
We do not broker introductions to suppliers, negotiate on a buyer’s behalf, quote prices, verify a specific company as safe to trade with, or provide legal, tax or customs advice. Those decisions belong to you and your advisers.
What happens to your message
Corrections are prioritised over other enquiries, because a wrong page stays wrong until someone tells us.
A correction report is checked against the source you supply and against the source we originally cited. If the page is wrong we change it and update the review date; if we conclude it is right, we say so and explain why, rather than leaving the report unanswered.
Company profile updates follow the same route with one difference: we cite a public source rather than a company’s own assurance. If a figure is not public we record it as not publicly disclosed, and that is not a gap we can close by taking your word for it — the reasoning is set out in how this research is produced.
What we hold
Your message and your address, for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of any correction that resulted. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list. See the privacy policy.
Response
We read everything. We do not guarantee a response to every enquiry, but corrections and source disputes are answered.
